Everyone has cabin fever right?
Well this year is full of greyhound events fundraisers galore and fun for everyone.
We may be faced in the near future with a tsunami like influx of homeless retired greyhounds so everyone is gearing up to do all we can to help these wonderful greyhounds.
As many of you know PWP works closely with 2 other adoption groups
Greyhound Rescue & Rehab and Greytful Greyhounds.
These 2 groups have events that i highly encourage everyone to attend if you can
The first one of the year is being held Sunday April 27th 2011 in Woodbury CT.
Hollow Park will be full of greyhound walking in memory of Pepper Johnson
The event is titled Paws for Pepper walk in the park.
All monies raised will benefit GRR's Peppers special needs fund, helping hounds that arent perfect. Many dogs benefit from this fund those with chronic medical issues as well as broken or deformed limbs. Grr like PWP helps any dog in need if funds are available...

I would like to see many of pwp people out there supporting this event.
Preregistration is April 4th. and the cost os $15.00 pledge sheets are available just email me and i will send you one!
