You're about an hour and a half from us. We're up by New Haven CT, but our fosters are all over Fairfield and New Haven Counties. Our sister organization, Greyhound Rescue Rehab (http://www.greyhoundrescuerehab.org) is in Cross River, NY about an hour from you, and another sister org is Grateful Greyhounds (http://www.gratefulgreyhounds.com) on the Island in N. Babylon only a half hour away. We facilitate getting many of the dogs for all 3 groups. In fact many of our pups have taken the ferry from Bridgeport to Port Jeff to go to homes through Grateful Greyhounds. They would probably be the easiest group to go through since you're in the area.
