I am her foster mom and she is great. She loves my other dogs (big and small). She is fine with my cats too. We have been calling her Ella. She has Not had any acidents in the house. I have nothing negative to say about her. She is so sweet. Ella will made a family very happy.
Not all of our fosters are at every event. If you are interested in meeting a particular foster dog I encourage you to fill out our adoption application.
Saw the form online.Noticed it said you must walk the dog 4 times a day to relieve itself?I did not know this. Will come Sat. to ask more questions.Looking forward to seeing any of the dogs that will be there.
Greyhounds work best on schedules. At the track they'll have four (or more) turnouts daily. Usually first thing in the morning, after breakfast, midday and evening. My dogs like to be turned out in the morning, after breakfast, after dinner and before bed, but they pretty much have free access to the backyard whenever they want to go. For us walks are for excercise, not 'relief' so they are less scheduled. But if you don't have a fenced yard you will need to have regularly scheduled potty runs. They don't have to be super-long walks, but greys do need to get out :)
I have children from 11 to 17 she loves them. I will be babysiting sm children in the next few weeks so i will post how Ella likes them. We have been calling her Ella; it is easier to say than lee ellen.
