47 have not committed to come to picnic. Whats going on here. Come on folks get those ticket orders in. Unfortunetly other breeds will not be able to attend nor will folks wanting to use flexi leads. This was a long thought out decision and it has to be this way. People are coming without their dogs to show support as well though!
